Services

We have developed new catering and equipment confirmation screens for RICOH Spaces web and mobile. We have added new fields and options to make sure that your requests can be swiftly processed. Find out more about adding services to your room booking here.

Aria Support for Key Pages

We are continuing our emphasis on making our platform more accessible. To do so, we have added Aria support to the login page on the web app. Check out the other accessibility enhancements we have done here.

Enable generation of custom in-office check-in QR code

Remember? We have released the in-office status recently. When enabled and configured, users can use it like any regular status, to demonstrate their presence in the office. The user will be in the office but in meeting rooms all day or simply don't need a desk. Depending on the way admins have configured it, they might need to print an in-office check-in QR code.

Here is the update: you can generate a custom in-office check-in QR code! Add more of your branding and/or information. Find out more here.
