This article introduces you to the new Feed on the RICOH Spaces Homepage. The Feed contains useful key elements, all gathered on one side of your screen for easy navigation.

Navigate to your RICOH Spaces Homepage.

Your Feed is on the right side of the screen. See below for an explanation of its different icons:

Today

The first Calendar icon displays a general summary of your day.

  • Bookings: Your bookings of the day

  • Events: Any events you have put on your calendars

  • Loops: See your loop members' statuses and bookings for the day

Bookings

This displays all your bookings & status for the current, past and future weeks.

Loop

The loop displays your selected members' statuses & bookings for the day and the week.

From this section, you can also edit your Loop to add or remove members.

Use the status filter to select which status you want to see:

  • All: all statuses.

  • In Office: It includes people with the In Office status and the ones who have a workspace booked.

  • Out of office: people not working today.

  • Work From Home: people working from home.

  • Work Elsewhere: colleagues not working in the office or their home but still working.

Visitors

This section displays all your expected visitors for the day and alternative dates. From this section, you can edit visitors' information and create new visits.

Note: Updating a visit will not update the record in the address book. So for example, if you update the Vehicle Registration field, that change will only apply to the visit that you are changing, but any other visits for this visitor will use the Vehicle Registration stored in the address book.

Insights

Users with the correct roles will have access to quick insights on Feed. Depending on your hardware, the data you see will differ. All users with access will see RICOH Spaces insights such as the count of people checked in.

Note: Environmental data is only visible if you have Tether sensors.

Occupancy data require Pointgrab sensors.

  • Live Count: Total number of people currently in the space.

  • Expected In: The total amount of people that have made a booking for the day.

  • Checked-In: The total amount of users that have arrived and checked-in at their space.

  • Occupancy Index: The occupancy index contains all your location's areas. You can scroll to see overviews of all the areas.

Dark/Light Mode

Use the sun icon to switch to dark/light mode.

Notifications

This last section displays all your RICOH Spaces notifications.

Additional functionalities will be added so keep your eyes peeled!
