The mobile version is the perfect way for a user to quickly book and check in at a space. It allows you to do many things. This guide will familiarise you with the mobile's layout.
Mobile app layout
Once you log in, here is what's displayed:
- Home: Displays your bookings. It's there that you set your status and book new spaces. 
- Office: It lists all the spaces of a location and people. You can use filters to change your location, date and spaces. You access the map from this tab as well. 
- People: List of all contacts. 
- Insights: Should you have the correct role assigned to you, you will be able to access your office insights on mobile. 
- Scan QR: If mobile check-in is enabled at your location, you can use this QR scan to check in. 
At the top right, you can access
- Your profile: There you can update your personal information, pin, contact support and set your preferences. 
- Schedule: View your bookings 
- Visitors: Create and manage your visits 
- Spotlight: Company news [coming soon] 
- Issues: Issues you have raised. 
 
Note: Using the + icon, you can book a workspace, meeting room and parking space.
