We are bringing insights on your web Feed and on the mobile app.
Here is how to access and use Insights.
Insights on Mobile
Open your mobile app on your device.
Using the bottom menu, click on Insights.
Note: On the web, this is on the right-hand side of your Homepage, in the Feed section.
3. Now that you are within the Insights area, data will be presented.
Floor insights: Floor-based count of people
Room Insights: Room-based occupancy
Location: At the top of the screen, you can see your default location for Insights. You can select another location by clicking on your current location and choosing a new one from the list.
Live Count: Total number of people currently in the space.
Expected In: The total amount of people that have made a booking for the day.
Checked-In: The total amount of users who have arrived and checked-in at their space.
Note: The data presented within the Insights tab is live
Occupancy Index:
The occupancy index contains all your location's areas. You can scroll to see overviews of all the areas. For more information on a specific space, click on it. This will open a new page where you can find additional data related to the space.
