This month, we have a packed Feature Drop with a lot of exciting news, have a look!
Schedule Permission Updates
To enhance user privacy, we’ve made updates to Schedule Permissions.
Delegate bookers can create meetings on behalf of users. If the meeting is marked as private, they will still be able to see it.
Schedule Admins will only be able to see and edit private meetings when they are the host or organiser.

Visitor Management Update
Access to the Visitors Module
All users are now able to access the Visitors Module and create visits. Admins will have the capability to view all visits for their location and see the Address Book, while standard users will only be able to access the Visits tab and see their own visits.

New View functionalities
Within the Visits section, we have revamped the page to provide you with additional handy features: Notes and View customisation.
Notes: Showing as an additional column in the Visits List and within the visitor page, they will also appear in the CSV file when you upload or export visitors.
The visitor notes are a useful feature to make sure you capture relevant information for your upcoming visitors.
View Customisation: Arrange and pin columns you want displayed.

Assigning Spaces to Visitors
We wanted to make it even easier for you to assign spaces to your visitors. When assigning a desk and parking, the user will be presented with a list and a Map view. Whether you select the space from the map or list, the two will be highlighted simultaneously, making it easier to localise spaces.

Full Visit Capabilities from the Feed
We are now enabling standard users to change the host when they create a visit from their Feed. This is an addition to the existing capabilities, enabling you to swiftly manage your visitors and update their statuses through your Feed.

New view on Map Mobile
When you click on a space from the Map, you have options to Book, raise an issue (if Issue Management is available at the location) and navigate to/from it.

Spaces Update
The favourite star icon is changing to a heart. Why is it useful to mark spaces as your favourite? This enables RICOH Spaces to highlight them for you throughout the platform, and when you Quick Book, they will be selected first.
Recurring Booking Update
Recurring Booking is automatically enabled for desks and parking and can be disabled in your organisation settings. Bulk cancellation of recurring bookings is now possible through web and mobile apps. When you cancel a recurring booking, you will be asked if you want to cancel this single booking or all future recurring bookings for that series.
Note that if you disable the feature, existing bookings will be maintained, but new recurring bookings won't be possible.
