In this article, we will show you all the functionalities of the visits page within your Visitors module on the RICOH Spaces web app. We will also show you how to create your own default view. Let's get started!
Functionalities:
Bulk update: Select multiple visits to bulk update them at once. You can change their status, and delete the visits.
Edit Columns: Select which columns are visible in your view
Move columns: Move a column by clicking and dragging. Simply drop it where you want it placed.
Upload Visits: Download our .csv template, fill it it and upload it. All visits will be automatically created.
Export: Export visits as a .csv file.
Calendar: Select a specific date, range of dates or period.
Location Filter: Change the selected location.
Note: You can only view one location at a time.
Other filters & Search: Use the status, questionnaire, hosts, tags and types to filter your visits.
Create a visit: By clicking on the top right '+' icon, you can create a new visit.
