Using the RICOH Spaces mobile app, you can view all your upcoming visitors and create new visits.
View and manage your upcoming visits
1. Open your RICOH Spaces mobile app.
2. Select the Visitors tab at the top of your screen.
3. All your visitors will be displayed. You can search for a visit and see your visit schedule.
4. By clicking on a visit, you will be able to access and manage the visit details and visitor details section.
Create a new visit [COMING SOON]
1. Click on the Plus icon button in order to see the action menu.
2. Select Create a Visit.
3. In the new window, add all your visitor information, and the date and time they will be on-site. By default, you will be the host of the visit.
4. Enable the toggle 'Email Invitations' if you want an invite email to be sent to the visitor immediately after the visit creation.
5. Enable the toggle 'Save to Address Book', if you want the visitor to be saved in your Address Book.
6. Click Create Visit.
