Your September Feature Drop has landed! We've been busy behind the scenes, working on some fantastic new features to make your RICOH Spaces experience even better. Get ready to dive in and see what's new!

Streamlined Room Service Configuration

Managing catering and equipment for your rooms just got easier! We’ve simplified our service configuration by moving away from a room-by-room setup to a single, central management area.

What this means for you:

  • Simpler Admin: Administrators can now manage all available service types (Catering and Equipment) from a single central list and quickly associate them with relevant rooms in a location. This makes setup faster and more consistent.

  • Flexible Setup: Easily associate one or more service types with a room by default, or quickly exclude specific rooms entirely if they are not meant to offer services.

  • Easier Booking: For end users, requesting services is now a more reliable and streamlined process when booking events.

Visitor Management: New Printer Support

More integrations are available for your Ricoh Visitor Display, making your set-up even more flexible!

We've added support for two new Zebra printers for seamless badge printing: the Zebra ZD421 and the ZT23143.

Organise Without Attending

If you're managing a meeting but don't need to attend, you can now mark yourself as a non-attendee.

You keep full oversight over the event details without affecting the final attendee count.

Meeting Flexibility

Plans change, we get it! With RICOH Spaces, you can edit a booked event, even if it includes service requests. Move the event to a new room, change the time, or modify the requested items with ease. Changes will automatically be sent back through the approval process, so service teams are always working with the latest information. Happy planning!
