Map Updates

Rediscover your Map! Previously known as the Floorplan, we are making it simpler and more wholesome!

  • Hover on menu icons

Not sure what a button does? Hover on it and voila ✨ If you are still not sure, check out our dedicated article.

  • Map Layer Options

Customise your Map the way you want. Select what you see: whether you want to view your colleague's profile picture, show models in meeting rooms... You decide!

  • Top Menu Enhancements

    • We have added additional space lists, like Parking, if available at your location, and made enhancements to them: click on a space or person to see its location on the map.

    • You can also hover over a colleague from the People List and see more details about them and their bookings.

    • When changing your location, you can use a brand new search bar to narrow down your search more quickly.

  • Hover Over a Space to Book - Hover over a space to see the slots available and book.

Book on behalf just got even better!

We brought you a new, refreshed flow to book on behalf of users. Now available from the Map AND the Schedule, you can easily book spaces for your colleagues.

Set new delegate bookers here, and book on behalf of someone here.

Cherry on top, it is now available on mobile! Easily book on behalf using the RICOH Spaces mobile app on the go.

Services: New Cost Centre and Notifications

We have upgraded the Cost Centre functionality to provide you with more customisation. Admins can configure the field to fit business purposes and make it easier for users to select the right option when booking meeting rooms.

Check it out here.

Users who have been added as organisers of a meeting will now receive notifications regarding the meeting's service requests. This way, everyone is kept in the loop.

Beta - Event List, Comments and Messages

Note: Those features are Beta, we would love you to tell us what you think of them.

The Event List is a simple way to view all your meetings in one place and share updates through comments and messages.

💡 Comments are also available from your Schedule view.

The Event list is a new area accessible through your left-hand side menu, where you can see all your meetings. This includes meetings where you are a host or an organiser. You can also add comments to them for other organisers/hosts/Schedule Admins to see and send messages about your event to attendees.
