January is now behind us, let's look at what happened this past month...

IoT - Auto cancellations

We provided meeting rooms and desk auto cancellation when empty for too long. Thanks to the sensors detecting the occupancy of the space, they will automatically make a decision based on your IoT policies set. By enabling sensors to auto-cancel bookings, you leave the opportunity for other users to enjoy those spaces.

Assign Visitors to Meeting Rooms

Whilst you could already assign to your visitors spaces like desks, parking or lockers, you could not assign them to a meeting room. We have now added this functionality. Just like you do for all other spaces, head to your Visitors Modules, click on your visitor to open their visit's details and assign a meeting room. It's that easy! 🤓

3D Map Pitch

We received feedback from users telling us about the difficulties they were experiencing with the map pitch. We have now set the default map pitch to zero.

Pro tips 💡

Click and drag to move the map.

Zoom in and out by using the + and - icons in the lower-right corner of the map or use a two-finger pinch gesture on the trackpad to zoom in and out.

By clicking and holding two fingers on your trackpad, you can change the pitch of the map

Brother Printer Integration

We have integrated the Brother printers to work within the Smart Displays panel. As part of the full process for visitors, admins should be able to connect to a printer and silently print visitors' labels. How amazing! 🖨️
