Multiple Service Requests
We're adding flexibility to those all-day events! You can now request multiple, distinct services (like catering or equipment) for the same event booking.
This is perfect for a whole-day workshop where you need breakfast delivered at 9 AM and lunch delivered at 1 PM, all managed in one go. Once submitted, your facilities admins will receive and manage each individual request separately, keeping your logistics perfectly on track.

Space Ratings
Never book a bad spot again.
You can now leave and view star ratings for all space types, including desks, rooms, and parking, using your web or mobile app. Easily check the new 'Reviews' tab on the booking panel.
Even better, spaces with five or more reviews will now feature a helpful AI-generated summary of the feedback to help you choose quickly.
