A brand new loop filter, new policies, enhanced accessibility, and booking visitors directly from your Outlook Inbox. Let's dive in 🐟
Loop Filter
You only need to know who from your loop is in the office? Use our new Loop filter!
You can easily view the people in the office, out of the office, working from home or working from elsewhere.
Policies: Ending a Meeting from the Panel
We are adding new functionalities to the meeting room policies. When a user cancels (has not checked in) or ends earlier ( has checked in) their room booking from the panel, admins can decide what happens. For both cases, you can decide that the meeting resource is removed (the meeting exists but the meeting room declines it). Or, if the meeting is cancelled, you could decide that the meeting and meeting room altogether are cancelled. If the meeting ends earlier than planned, you can decide that the meeting ending time is changing to the time the user ends the meeting from the panel.
Find out more here.
Note that this is for web only at the moment, working with room panels and not mobile scanning of room QR codes.
Accessibility
Following feedback, we have made further improvements to the accessibility of the app. Head here for our dedicated article.
