Our team has worked to improve the visitor's functionalities. This includes the daily pass, emails sent and the booking of spaces ahead of your guests' visits.

Services & Catering
The service module allows users to request 4 types of services. Users are able to change the layout of rooms for better meetings, request equipment or catering making their experience seamless and more productive. This month we are dropping more functionality of it, particularly around the management of services that have been approved. You can now smoothly assign and visualise tasks.
People Count on mobile
Which area of the office is the busiest? Have the people in the meeting before yours left the room? With the count of people, you can easily visualize where are users from your RICOH Spaces mobile app.
Room via QR Codes
In the same way that users scan desk QR codes with their RICOH Spaces mobile app to check in or book, they will be able to do the same things for rooms. This feature comes in handy for spaces that are collaborative but do not require all functionalities that room panels offer or if you have a temporary space set up. Users can scan the QR codes to book, check-in and release rooms.
