The mobile version of RICOH Spaces is the perfect way for a user to quickly book and check in at a space. It allows you to do many things. This guide will familiarize you with the mobile's layout.

Mobile app layout

Once you log in to your RICOH Spaces using the mobile app, here is what's displayed:

  • Home: Displays your bookings. It's there that you set your status and book new spaces.

  • Office: It lists all the spaces of a location and people. You can use filters to change your location, date and spaces. You access the map from this tab as well.

  • People: List of all contacts.

  • Insights: Should you have the correct role assigned to you, you will be able to access your office insights on mobile.

  • Scan QR: If mobile check-in is enabled at your location, you can use this QR scan to check in.

At the top right, you can access

  • Your profile: There you can update your personal information, pin, contact support and set your preferences.

  • Schedule: View your bookings

  • Visitors: Create and manage your visits

  • Spotlight: Company news.

  • Issues: Issues you have raised.

Note: Using the + icon, you can book a workspace, meeting room and parking space.
