September has been a busy month for our team and we have got a lot of new exciting functionalities! Have a look 👀

Visitor Management - Ad-Hoc Visitors

Visitors who are not pre-registered can now sign in using Visitor Displays. If enabled by admins, any non-pre-registered visitor will go through the visitor details and compulsory fields set by admins, fill in the questionnaire, and comply with media and documents. They will have to select a host from the list of all employees, and once they are done with the sign-in, the selected host will be notified.

Visitor Management -Documents & Media

The document management update allows the ability to upload documents and add them to the questionnaire. This would be used to ensure your guests view and acknowledge important information, such as NDAs before entering your site. Directly from their device or visitor panels, visitors will be able to read documents, play videos and access URLs.

Hide my name - Phase 1

RICOH is committed to giving organisations the tools they need to improve privacy and remain compliant with GDPR. With that aim in mind, we are bringing you a new policy for spaces (desk, parking, locker): Hide my name.

The hide my name feature brings a new functionality to RICOH Spaces that, as the name suggests, allows users to hide their names when making a space booking.

In this first phase release, admins will be able to set a local policy regard the privacy of user's space bookings. Find out more here or watch our video below!
