Once you have the RICOH Spaces Outlook add-in installed. You'll be able to create visits directly from your Outlook inbox using the RICOH Spaces Visitors Add-In.

Note: Your Outlook version may look different from the screens below.

1.Head to your Outlook inbox.

2. Select RICOH Spaces Visitors at the top right of your screen. A new window will open.

3. Select the location and then fill in the information needed.

4. Click on Create Visit

Once you have hit Create a visit, it will be processed and you will see the following screen.

If you go back to the Visitor Homepage in your Outlook Add-in, you will see your visit.

The visit will also be listed in RICOH Spaces within your Feed and the Visitors area.
