Due to a vast number of versions and configurations of Microsoft Outlook, you may experience issues using our RICOH Spaces add-in which may result in a white screen when opening.
If this happens please contact your company IT Support and refer them to this guide.
Note: Outlook Add-in is only supported within RICOH Spaces EU Data Host Region
What is recommended
If you have Outlook version 16+ and your organisation has rolled out the latest version of Microsoft Edge then you should be able to run the add-in without any issues.
