New Integration - Woffu
Our new integration with Woffu, an HR system, syncs employees' annual leave. When an employee schedules leave, RICOH Spaces will automatically cancel their bookings for the duration of the absence and update their status to 'Out of Office.'

Our Insights page has had a refresh. You can now use the search bar and filter reports.
Ghost Meeting Report
The ghost report informs you about the minutes and spaces wasted on booked but unused areas. With clear metrics and graphics, it highlights the most relevant information, helping you better understand your spaces and locations to make effective improvements.

Recurring Booking
Have you ever wished you could simply book the same space multiple days a week automatically?
Introducing: Recurring Bookings! This new functionality, available on web and mobile, allows you to book the same space over a selected period. Decide which day/s you want the space to be booked, the dates and voila ✨

New Module - Issue Management
Issue Management allows users to view and raise physical issues directly against spaces from the 3D Floorplan on web and space page on mobile
Once submitted, relevant parties can then efficiently manage and solve the issues, resulting in a decrease in user frustration and improvement made to the work environment and productivity.

New Report - Energy & Environment
We’ve also added new insights reports linked to our integration with Tether environmental sensors. The Energy and Environmental report effortlessly gathers data from your sensors and presents it in a user-friendly view to provide you insights into your building's health. This includes CO2 levels, light, energy and much more!

Visitor Management - Further Enhancements
Save the Visit List View
Visitor Admins can save their view on the Visits page.
As a reminder, you can move and edit columns and set filters. Once you are done, just click Save View.
Enhanced Visitor Hosting Capability for All Employees
We are simplifying the visitor hosting process to make it easier and more inclusive. The visit host search functionality will now consider all employees, providing a more flexible and comprehensive approach to hosting.
With this update, the visitor panel and all visit creation functionalities will seamlessly search across all employees, ensuring a smoother experience for both hosts and guests.
Bulk Upload Visitors at Once
We have made some improvements to our CSV upload for visitors. By uploading a CSV file with all your visits, they will be processed at once and appear on your Visits page.
It will capture the date of their visit, their email, and all the information you have added including when the email invite should be sent.
