Before using your Visitors Module at your location, you will need to set up the process within your Organisation Settings Module. Let's see exactly what each category does!
Accessing the Visitor Management Area
You will find the Visitor Management area within your location. There, you will be able to configure each visitor type experience. By default, all your visitors are considered "Visitors". Admins can create additional visitor types at the organisational level. You can then enable those and configure them for your location.[COMING SOON]

Visitor Details
In this section, you have the option to designate fields as mandatory for completion.

Visitor Questionnaire
The visitor questionnaire allows the set-up of questionnaires including various question types or documents. Visitors can complete questionnaires on web via a link in a pre-registration email or sign in via tablet. Admins/Receptionists are also able to complete questionnaires on behalf of the visitor via the visits log. There are different type of questions you can set. Head here for more information.
