Managing pre-registered visitors

In this article, we will go through what happens once you have created a visit: where and how you can manage it.

Users without admin privileges will only be able to manage their own visits (visits they are a host of) and solely from their Feed.

Users with the correct admin privileges ( Global or Visitors admins) will be able to manage their own visits as well as all other visits created, respectively from their Feed and the Visitors Module.

Note: If you have selected to send the email invite X days before the visit and created the visit. If after that, you change the visit's date, you will have to select "Send Invite". Should you not, your visitors won't receive the email invite.

The Feed

Users can use the Visitors section of their Feed to manage their visits.

Note: you can also manage then from your RICOH Spaces mobile app. Head here.

1. Navigate to your Feed on the right side of your Homepage.

2. Select the Visitors Section.

3. A summary of your upcoming visits will be displayed. You can use the search and filter by status.

4. You can click on a visit to access and edit the visit's details.

Visitors Module

1. Head to the Visitors module.

2. All visits will be displayed.

Outlook Calendar:

If you have the Outlook Visitors Add-In, you will be able to display your visit directly from your inbox.
