Visitor Questionnaire
Visitor questionnaire allows the set up of questionnaires including various question types or documents. Visitors can complete questionnaires on web via a link in a pre-registration email or sign in via tablet. Admins/Receptionists are also able to complete questionnaires on behalf of the visitor via the visits log. There are different type of questions you can set. Head here for more information.
