RICOH Spaces allows the configuration of Smart Displays. When configuring a Smart Display we recommend using our Qbic devices that are managed using our Mobile Device Management tool (MDM). This provides extra functionality such as Kiosk, remote app updates, remote restarts, and advanced support.

Network configuration for remote access to Smart displays

The first step for you is to ensure that your network is set up accordingly for our remote management software to work correctly.

Where to download the latest version of Fusion and how to install?

The next step would be to install Fusion, which is our MDM (Mobile device manager).

Where to download the latest version of Splashtop Streamer & hardware specific add-on?

The next step is to install Splashtop, which enables our secure remote access through both a Streamer application and device specific add-on application.

Our QBIC panels come pre-installed with this application if they are purchased from us, but if for any reason it is not installed please see the article here for further instructions on how to install and what to do when you open the application

Once the above steps are completed, the remote management installation is complete and we will then have access to your panel.
