In this article, we will go through where to download the latest version of Splashtop Streamer and hardware-specific add-on and how to install it.
Splashtop enables our secure remote access through both a Streamer application and device-specific add-on applications.
Our Pro DVX and QBIC panels come pre-installed with Streamer if they are purchased from us. You can verify this by going to your apps and searching for “Streamer”
If Streamer is not installed, please download the Streamer apk on to a USB stick.
Once downloaded, connect your USB to your panel and open the file and follow the instructions to install.
This is required for both Pro DVX and QBIC.
Pro DVX
Once the Streamer APK has been installed on the Pro DVX panel, in order for full capacity you will need to install the ProDVX add-on apk
Once downloaded, connect your USB to your panel and open the file and follow the instructions to install.
QBIC
Once the Streamer APK has been installed on the QBIC panel, in order for full capacity you will need to install the Qbic add-on apk
Once downloaded, connect your USB to your panel and open the file and follow the instructions to install.
Once that is done, the process is complete.
