In order to get the RICOH Spaces Team to manage your Smart Displays, you will need a platform to do so: Radix. In this article, we will go through the steps to download, install and configure the MDM on your devices.

Where to download the latest version of Radix MDM?

First, please, use a computer to download this file: Radix MDM

Where to download the latest version of SC Manager?

The second step is to download our Radix SC manager, this is needed so we can remotely access your device.

QBIC

For QBIC panels, please use a computer to download this file SC Manager - QBIC

Once you have downloaded the 2 files, transfer them to a USB drive. Connect the USB drive to your panel and using the Files app open the RADIX MDM file first and follow the instructions to install. Following this, open the SC Manager file.


How to register your panel to the MDM

The third step is to register your panel via the Radix MDM application.

  1. Open the application “Viso” which has been installed and you will be presented with the below screen:

2. Click on Allow.

You will then be presented with the below screen:

3. Please input the below into the account name, accept the terms & conditions and click on Enroll.

Account name: ricoh-europe

4. You will then be presented with the below pop-up to approve the MDM functionality. Please ensure that you click on Aapprove.

5. Once the above steps are completed, the remote management installation is complete.

You will then need to email our RICOH Spaces support team ([email protected]) with the following information:

  • Serial number of the panel that has been registered.

  • Meeting room name or Visitor screen that the panel is associated to.

6. Your panel has now been successfully registered with us 🎉

We will now be able to remotely manage your device and ensure it is up to date 😊
