Pro DVX and QBIC panels provided by Ricoh come pre-installed with an application called Fusion which is our MDM (Mobile Device Manager). You can verify this by going to your apps and searching for “Fusion”.

If, for any reason, this app is missing or needs to be re-installed this article will detail where to download the latest version of the Fusion MDM client and how to install it.

If Fusion is not installed, please download the relevant one below depending on your panel to a USB stick.

Download the Latest Version of Fusion

Pro DVX

For Pro DVX panels, please download this file Fusion EMM APK

QBIC

For QBIC panels, please download this file Fusion EMM app

Installing Fusion

Once downloaded, transfer the file to a USB drive. Connect your USB drive to your panel and using the Files app open the file and follow the instructions to install.

Once installed open the application and accept all the permissions requested.

Registering Fusion

Once the permissions have been accepted you will be asked to enter a Server IP and Token, enter the following details

  • Server IP - ricoh.vxl.net

  • Token ID - 1v0xsc

Once this has been successfully set up the panel will ask for more setting changes such as; enabling accurate location settings, disabling battery optimisation and so on.

Note: if you are asked to enable something that is already enabled, turn it off and on again.

At the end of the process, the Fusion app should say:

  • Connection Status = Connected

  • Registration Process = Registered

If either of these statuses in not correct you may need to make some network changes to allow the MDM to communicate correctly.

Once that is done this process is now complete and your device will be remotely accessible by Ricoh.
