This article covers the network configuration requirements for RICOH Smart Displays.
RICOH Spaces allows the configuration of Smart Displays. When configuring a Smart Display we recommend using a device that is managed using our Mobile Device Management tool (MDM). This provides extra functionality such as Super Kiosks, remote app updates, remote restarts, and advanced support.
Both the RICOH Smart Display application and MDM have network requirements which are outlined below:
Whitelisted URLs
There are a number of domains that RICOH Spaces interact with to provide you the best experience. For RICOH Spaces it is necessary to whitelist all the domains as explained in this article. RICOH Smart Displays requires a couple more, these are:
https://eu-api.ricohspaces.app, https://au-api.ricohspaces.app, or https://us-api.ricohspaces.app - Alternatively, use the IP Address from the below table for your corresponding region.

The MDM server requires specific ports to be opened to allow communication between the MDM Agent and the MDM Server this port is:
