Find below a list of network and firewall URL whitelisting you might need to do in order for RICOH Spaces and Smart Displays to function correctly.
Web App
A signal that the RICOH Spaces app is unable to fully load may be indicated by the Main Homepage menu not completely loading or the Location selector not displaying buildings correctly.
This could occur when using Google Chrome or any other supported Web Browsers.
Here is an example of what could be displayed on your screen:
If this occurs then it would indicate RICOH Spaces was unable to communicate with RICOH Spaces cloud infrastructure. Network connection issues could occur because of your company security appliances, which may be blocking connections -
To help resolve this problem, please ensure your IT team approves the following addresses:
api-iam.intercom.io
https://eu-api.ricohspaces.app, https://au-api.ricohspaces.app, or https://us-api.ricohspaces.app - Alternatively, use the IP Address from the below table for your corresponding region.

Smart Displays
