Not all employees can host visitors, RICOH Spaces gives employers the ability to choose who can host a visitor. When an employee is enabled to host visitors they appear on the Visitor Panel when a visitor signs.
There are 2 ways that an employee can be enabled to host visitors:
Self setup
Any employee can choose to host visitors.
1. Navigate to your Profile at the bottom left of the screen. Select App Settings.
2. Head to the Preferences section. Use the toggle to switch on the hosting visitors' functionality. Don't forget to hit Save.
Admin setup
As an admin, you can decide who can host visitors.
1. Navigate to Organisation Settings, and find the Employees section.
2. Scroll to the further right of your screen to find the Host Visitors column and View icon.
The Host Visitors column displays whether an employee can or cannot host visitors. Click on View.
3. Switch on the Host Visitors toggle and hit Save.
