We are bringing a new way for admins to manage their module subscriptions on a location basis. In this article, we will show you how you can easily request a module upgrade.
Enabling a Package
Modules and features restricted have a lock icon next to them.
1. Click on 'Upgrade now' on the pop-up window when it is displayed, or head to your Organisation settings and select the location where you want to enable the module/features.
2. Head to the Modules page, where you can see a list of all the features included in the different packages for the different modules.
3.. If you are happy to go ahead with a new package, click on Upgrade.
4. Once clicked on, a new window will open where you can submit the request.
Note: The date on which you click on the Upgrade button and send the request will be your starting point for your license and determine your end date.
5. Once sent, your request will be received by the RICOH Spaces team, who will process your request and unlock the module for you.
6. When enabled, you will see your current plan and a toggle at the top of your Modules page.
Turning on/off the toggle doesn't cancel your license, it just disables the module for that location.
