As an admin, you are in charge of visitors 🎉 Management of visitors includes label printing. Let us show you how you can set this up!
What is label printing?
Label printing allows admins to enable label printing and configure the label look. Once set up, visitors on-site will be able to have their badge printed.
What printers can you use?
You can silently print from iPad & Android Panels using a Brother QL-820NWB printer.
Note: We support two paper sizes: 54mm and 62mm
Configuring the label printing [Coming Soon]
Head to Organisation Settings.
Select the location, head to Visitor Management then Label Printing.
3. Turn on the Enable Label Printing.

You can print labels directly within RICOH Spaces or configure printers to automatically print labels from your devices.
