We are back! A lot has happened since our last update, and we're eager to share the exciting developments that have taken place.

Since our latest release, our team has moved to a new product management platform. This new tool enables us to work in a new way; releasing items quicker. Consequently, we have released a lot of different enhancements to the platform that we hope you have enjoyed! Find below a recap 👇

Whether for security, safety or simply for more ad-hoc visitors, users wanted the choice to mark visits as private or simply not remember the visitors' details. This has now been released for you to use. When creating visits, you can enable or disable toggles related to the visitors' privacy. We have also created the option not to send the visitor an invitation email.

Make sure you are using our latest mobile app version: 2.0.25.

We have also brought on mobile our help centre. You can now reach out to support directly from your RICOH Spaces mobile app via your profile section.

Visitor panels now have a dark mode. To switch from light to dark mode, simply head to the panel settings section and select Dark.
