Background

On Wednesday 16th Aug 2023 At 11:00 AM BST, our remote management software VXL had an outage. During this time we have also experienced a number of Room Panels lose connection and disconnect from the Smart Displays application.

Devices affected:

  • Panels

  • Smart Displays app

Timeline:

Wednesday 16 August 11 AM: VXL platform went offline.

Thursday 17 August 12 AM: VXL has now confirmed the platform is available and stable.

Resolution/ Next Steps:

Our Team are now remotely connecting to each customer's affected panel and working through a resolution to bring the panels back online.
