Background

On Tuesday 26th of November, an issue was reported where the web 3D Map Layer doesn't load on web.

When a user tries to access the 3D Map, the map won't load.

Devices affected:

  • Web- Floorplan

Workaround:

  • Use the Mobile app Map

  • Use Web Floorplan's Filters ( Desk, Rooms, Zones, People)

Timeline:

Identification - November 26, 2024, 7:30 AM:
- Users reported inability to load the 3D Floorplan on web.

Investigation - November 26, 2024, 8:00:
The technical team commenced an investigation to find the root cause.

Development - November 26, 2024, 8:45:
- The team found a disruption between RICOH Spaces and the Map Layer.

Current Status: Resolved - November 26, 2024:
- The 3D Map loading issue has been solved.
