Update: Thursday, 25th July 2024

On: 12:00 PM Wednesday, 24th July, An issue with the sync process of events between Office 365 and RICOH Spaces had been identified.

Affected Areas:
- RICOH Spaces events on Web
- RICOH Spaces events on Mobile
- RICOH Spaces events on Smart Displays

Current Status:
The issue has now been resolved.

Cause:
An updated release for the Outlook and RICOH Spaces sync process required some additional configuration which impacted the processing of data for a period of time causing the unexpected backlog. We will be reviewing our release steps for the synchronisation process to ensure this issue does not occur in the future

Overview of the Issue:
The sync process of events between Office 365 and RICOH Spaces is currently delayed by 6 hours.

Cause of the Issue:
The cause of the issue has been identified. Our development team are working overnight to resolve the problem as a matter of urgency.

Current Status:
An update will be provided the morning of Thursday 25th July.
