Using the mobile app, you can easily book a workspace and set your status. Let us show you how to do it.

Booking using the mobile app

Book a desk

1. To book a desk on the mobile app, click on Add Location.

2. Choose Book a Desk.

3. This opens the list of all your location' desks.

4. Find a desk available (in green) and click on it.

5. Select the day/s and slot/s you want to book the desk for.

6. Click on Book. You will then receive a notification with the details of your booking.

Quick Book

Quick Book is an option that attributes you to a desk automatically. It takes into account your previous bookings, the spaces you marked as favourites and the ones that are available.

1. To book a desk on the mobile app. Click on Add Location.

2. Choose Quick Book.

3. You have now been assigned to a desk and have received a confirmation of your booking.

Book another type of space

1. To book another type of space on the mobile app. Click on the Plus button.

2. It gives you the option to book another type of space available such as a room, locker or parking.

3. Click on the type of workspace you want to book to open a list of the ones available.

4. Select the one you want, fill in any required information and confirm the booking.

Set Status

Using the mobile app, you can easily set your status by clicking on Add Location. The statuses are: In The Office, Work from home, Work elsewhere, and Out of office. Alternatively, you can book a workspace. All of your statuses are visible to your colleagues.

About the In the Office status:

  • If you have been pre-scheduled in a meeting room booking, your status for that day will be changed to In the Office.

  • You still need to check in on the day using your web or mobile app.

  • The In The Office status counts you in but don't book you any specific desk/space/zone.

  • If your status is In the Office and you decide to book a space, the status will be automatically overridden to display your booking.

  • When coming into the office and signing in using a visitor panel, your status will automatically change to In The Office.

  • When you select the In The Office status, you can click on the status to access its details. Within the booking, you can change the location or book a space.

  • Please be aware that you can only change the location to another one with the In the Office status enabled and within the days the policy is allowed (e.g you want to set the status for in 2 weeks but the policy only allows users to set this status within the next 7 days)
