Setting status is a useful tool to communicate your agenda with your colleagues. It allows you to set your status to In The Office, Work from home, Working elsewhere, Out of office or on the contrary to Quick book a space if you are coming into the office. Let us show you how to do it using the web app.

Set your status

1. Navigate to your RICOH Spaces Homepage.

2. Open your Status & Bookings section from your right-hand side menu. Click on Add Location.

3. Choose your status from the drop-down list.

  • In The Office: This new status counts you in the office but doesn't book you any specific desk/zone/space.

If you have been pre-scheduled in a meeting room booking, your status for that day will be changed to In the Office.

You still need to check in on the day using your web or mobile app.

Note: If your status is In the Office and you decide to book a space, the status will be automatically overridden to display your booking.

Note: When coming into the office and signing in using a visitor panel, your status will automatically change to In The Office.

  • Quick Book: This will choose a workspace for you taking into account your previous bookings, spaces available and your list of favourite spaces.

  • Work from Home

  • Working Elsewhere

  • Out of Office

Note: Your colleagues will have access to your status. We encourage you to add a status so you can let your colleagues know about your agenda.

Set your status for the week

RICOH Spaces Status allows you to set your status for the day but also for other dates. Simply click on the Calendar icon of your Feed menu on the right-hand side of your Homepage. Use the arrow on the left and right to move within your calendar and set statuses.
