RICOH Spaces has created a fast and efficient booking flow that helps users book desks or car parking spaces instantly: Quick Book.

As a user, you can quickly book a desk without having to set anything other than the day(s) they wish to book.

1. From the Homepage, click on the Feed icon

2. Open the Booking & Status section.

3. Click on the day you would like to make a Quick Book for.

4. Click on Quick Book.

5. RICOH Spaces booked you an available desk.

Note: Quick Book will only account for all-day bookings.
