Users can use their telephone number on panels to book and cancel rooms. Let us show you how to do this.

1. Click on your profile avatar at the bottom left of your screen.

2. Select App Settings.

3. Add your number's country code and your number in the relevant field.

4. Hit Save.

Note: Your phone number can be used with a room panel or Wayfinder display.

1. Head to a room panel

2. Select the desired slot and proceed with your booking.

3. When prompted to enter your PIN, use your phone number.

4. Confirm

5. You should receive a confirmation email.

When cancelling a booking, find your booking and use your phone number when prompted to enter your PIN.
