Using PIN: Book/Cancel Meeting Rooms

Book and Cancel Meeting rooms using PIN with ease

Users can use their personal PIN on panels to book and cancel rooms. Let us show you how to do this.

Creating a PIN

1. Click on your profile avatar at the bottom left of your screen.

2. Select App Settings.

3. Create a unique PIN in the Account Settings section of your profile.

4. Hit Save.

Using your PIN on a panel

Note: Your phone number can be used with a room panel or Wayfinder display.

1. Head to a room panel

2. Select the desired slot and proceed with your booking.

3. When prompted to enter your PIN, type it.

4. Confirm.

5. You should receive a confirmation email.

When cancelling a booking, find your booking and use your PIN to confirm the cancellation of it.
