There are many ways to book a meeting room. One of them is the QR Code method. In this article, we'll show you how to use this functionality.

1. Head to the panel of the room you want to book.

2. Select the slots you want.

3. When choosing the booking confirmation method, select QR code.

4. Use your phone QR Scan to scan the QR code displayed on the panel.

5. Your booking should have gone through and you will receive a confirmation email.

To cancel a booking, find your booking, click on cancel and proceed with QR code.
