When to scan Rooms' QR Codes?
Depending on your location's policies, a room QR code can be used by users to book, check-in/out or cancel a room booking.
How to use the QR codes?
Head to your RICOH Spaces mobile app, open the QR scanner and place it above the printed QR Code.
Depending on whether you have booked the room or not, you will be presented with a new window on your phone enabling you to check in, check out, cancel your booking or see the room's calendar so you can make a booking.
