Get familiarised with the new landing page of the RICOH Spaces web app. The module combines an interactive Floorplan, filters and a feed. Core features of The Floorplan include making desk bookings, room bookings, and getting key information about your day, and people's status.

Interactive Floorplan

Note: By default, the Floorplan is now your landing page. You can choose your landing page to be either the Floorplan or the Schedule. To change your Homepage, head to your Profile, go to the Preferences section and select your Homepage.

Note: Your Floorplan might be in 3D or 2D depending on your company's package. For 3D Floorplans, you can configure your Floorplan's look by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom right of your screen. To visualise your 2D Floorplan, click on the arrow icon at the bottom right of your screen.

Using the Floorplan's top section, you can easily change the date, and update your location and floor level. The Floorplan will be updated accordingly.

Reminder:

  • Green: Available

  • Red: Booked

  • Blue: That's your booking

  • Custom colour: Booked only for half-day

  • Grey: Unavailable for you to book

  • See-through: Unavailable to anyone

The icons on the right side of the Floorplan:

  • On Behalf Booking: You can easily book on behalf of someone else who gave you the right to do so (See here how to set up a delegate booker).

  • Fire Marshalls: Visualise the Fire Marshalls.

  • First Aiders: Visualise the First Aiders.

Filters:

The different elements at the top of the screen will help you to easily search workspaces or people. You can search rooms, desks, zones, and people and use filters for each one of the categories to quickly find what you are looking for.

You can also favourite workspaces using the star icon.

Feed

The Feed provides you with a snapshot of your activity:

  • Today's date.

  • Notifications: Get notifications about your activity.

  • Light/ Dark mode: At the click of a button, change the layout to light or dark mode.

  • Booking & Status: See all your bookings of the day. Check-in and out.

  • Schedule: Synchronized with your Outlook 365 and Google Workspace.

  • Visitors: Administrators see the visitors and their status.

  • Loops: See your loop members' statuses and bookings. You can edit your loop as well.
