Non Interactive Wayfinding - RICOH Spaces Floorplan Display

Navigate your office effortlessly with our Floorplan Display feature. This static display provides you with the availability of spaces at a glance.

How to display RICOH Spaces Floorplan on a screen

1. Open the RICOH Spaces web app and head to your Organisation Settings, select your location and navigate to the Screens section. Click on Create a Screen.

2. Open your screen's browser and access the following link (dependant upon whether your RICOH Spaces is hosted in Europe or APAC:

Note: Supported browsers are Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge (Chromium). Other browsers (such as Firefox, Safari, or those built into Smart TVs) are not recommended as they currently present some compatibility issues.

Amazon's Silk Browser (available on their Fire TV devices) does work with RICOH Spaces non-interactive wayfinder but is not officially supported.

3. Enter the Location Code on your screen's browser, this will then display a pairing code

4. Enter the pairing code in the 'pairing code' field in RICOH Spaces.

5. Give a title to your screen and click on Next.

6. Choose Wayfinder Display and click on Add Screen.

7. Set the location and Floor of the screen. Once done, hit Save.

Note: The RICOH Spaces Floorplan Display is a static Floorplan. Users won't be able to interact with the panel or book a space.

You can now put your browser into fullscreen mode to hide the address bar and tabs. On the Chrome or Edge browsers on a Windows PC this can be done by simply pressing F11, but this may be different depending upon your equipment and browser.
