The interactive Wayfinder takes your Floorplan on screens. Not only does it display your Floorplan's live availability, but it also allows users to interact with them to filter, book, and cancel spaces.

Before you start

There are several prerequisites before you can configure your Room Display panel. They are detailed in this article.

Pairing your panel to your Wayfinder Screen

In order to use your panel, you need to pair it with RICOH Spaces. This way the RICOH Spaces app can synchronise and display the correct information on the panels and allow bookings to be made.

In the RICOH Spaces Web app:

1. Navigate to the Organisation Settings tab.

2. Click on the location that contains the floorplan(s) that you want to display on your screen

3. Head to the Screens section and click on Create Screen.

Tip: Pay particular attention to ensure you do not mix up I (capital "i") with l (lower case "L"), or "O" (capital "o") with 0 (zero).

8. Once you have done that you will then be presented with the below screen, providing you with options for screen types

Select Wayfinder and click Add Screen

9. Confirm the location, and which floor you want to display by default

10. Confirm that your display is touch-enabled by clicking "Yes" (assuming you have an interactive touch screen)

11. Click Save in the Ricoh Spaces web app:

12. Finally, on the Smart Display panel click "I have entered the pairing code" :

13. Congratulations, you have now set up your Wayfinder!
