How to sign up?
Register by filling out our trial request form.
Once you submit the form, you will automatically receive a link to the demo environment and an access code via the email you provided.
Access and Privacy
The information you provided through the form will not be visible within the system. This includes your name and email. You will be assigned a randomly generated username and email.

Explore the feed menu where you can stay up to date with all of your booked spaces, visitors, and your team with the loop feature

Will Room Bookings be added to my personal calendar?
No, the RICOH Spaces trial doesn't use Outlook or Google Calendar integration. The data will be kept in RICOH Spaces so resources won't be synced with your personal calendar.
Can I use the RICOH Spaces mobile app?
Yes. You will need to sign up on the web but you can log into the mobile app with your trial account.
