Customers can sign up for a trial of RICOH Spaces. In this article, we will outline key information about it.

How to sign up?

Register by filling out our trial request form.

Once you submit the form, you will automatically receive a link to the demo environment and an access code via the email you provided.

Access and Privacy

The information you provided through the form will not be visible within the system. This includes your name and email. You will be assigned a randomly generated username and email.

Key Functionalities to explore:

  • Use our interactive 3D floorplan to easily book a room or desk

  • Explore the feed menu where you can stay up to date with all of your booked spaces, visitors, and your team with the loop feature

  • Create a visit and see how you could deliver a best-in-class guest experience

  • View data-driven dashboards to view space utilisation, environmental quality and more with the Insights tab

  • Explore Organisation Settings to see how you could tailor RICOH Spaces to your workplace's needs

  • Schedule meetings and add services to them such as catering or equipment

Note: Some functionality or edit permissions are restricted.

  • I cannot edit configuration settings. Is this normal?

Yes, editing access is restricted for the trial demo environment.

  • Can I extend my trial?

To extend your trial period, please contact our support team using the Help '?" button on the app or email us at [email protected]

  • Can I get other colleagues on the trial?

Yes, simply use the same trial form.

  • Will Room Bookings be added to my personal calendar?

No, the RICOH Spaces trial doesn't use Outlook or Google Calendar integration. The data will be kept in RICOH Spaces so resources won't be synced with your personal calendar.

  • Can I use the RICOH Spaces mobile app?

Yes. You will need to sign up on the web but you can log into the mobile app with your trial account.
