Here is a presentation of the new layout of the RICOH Spaces web version. The new web app layout enhances the user's experience by bringing more features and grouping key elements together. This article will get you familiarised with the different tabs and features.

Note: Depending on your permission, your layout might change.

Left-hand side menu

Homepage: Here you can see your feed using the menu icon. You can use the interactive Floorplan, use filters to display desired spaces such as rooms, desks, zones. Use the People filter to see when your colleagues are in the office.

Insights: This tab is only available to administrators with the relevant roles' titles. Administrators will be able to see the data gathered by RICOH Spaces. You can find more information about Insights here.

Room Schedule: This allows you to visualize the schedule of the different rooms easily and make room bookings. Head here for a tutorial on how to book using the room schedule.

Services: Administrators can manage services. Read more about it here for users and here for admins

Visitors: This is exclusive to administrators with relevant role titles. This allows you to manage visitors easily and efficiently.

Organisation Settings: Manage your organisation and location/s easily with this tab. Read more about it here.

Help Centre: It will direct you to all our user guides.

Profile: Set up your profile there and make it more personal! it's also a shortcut to the Help Centre and for downloading the Mobile App.
