There may be instances such as an evacuation or fire where you may need to generate an emergency list for your visitors. Follow this step-by-step article to easily generate one.
Generate a visitor emergency list
1. Head to the Visitors tab.
2. Navigate to the Emergency List section using the left-hand side menu.
3. Click on Create Emergency List to generate a new list.
3. In the new window, all your visitors of the day will be listed. Tick the box once a person has been accounted for and use the Export button at the top right of your screen to export the list.
4. Hit Save to save the list within your RICOH Spaces Visitors area.
