Organisation Settings is a powerful module allowing administrators to set policies for a specific or across multiple locations. This article will guide you through the parking policies helping you to manage a specific location.

1. Head to the Organisation Settings tab.

2. Click on the location you want to manage.

3. Once inside the location, navigate to the Policies section.

Enable users to make recurring bookings (bound to the future booking policy).

Decide whether you enable future parking bookings or not and how early can the booking be made. In this example, you can only book up to 2 weeks beforehand.

The maximum number of people that can be assigned to a specific parking space.

The maximum number of parking bookings a user can make per day.

The maximum number of parking bookings a user can make per week.
