The RICOH Spaces Daily Pass is a way for you to manage employees' entry into the office. In this article, we will go through its configuration.

Note: You can only configure one pass per location.

Setting a Daily Pass for a location

1. Head to the Organisation Settings tab.

2. Click on the location in which you want to create a pass.

3. Once inside the location, navigate to the Policies section.

Administrators can set a Daily Pass. This becomes a compulsory task for users to complete. You can fully configure it within this section.

  1. By clicking on Configure Daily Pass you can create a daily pass questionnaire.

  2. Select our template or start from scratch.

3. Select when can users fill in their daily pass:

  • On the day

  • 1 day in advance

  • 2 days in advance

4. Select

  • If your daily pass is required

  • Auto cancel desk bookings when the daily pass is failed

  • Auto cancel parking bookings when the daily pass is failed

  • Show customer invalid pass message: Enter your own custom message below

Note: The daily pass can be reset within the Booking Occupancy Report.
