You can change the booking slots that are available for your desks. This can be applied on a per desk, zone or location basis.

Note: it will always use the slot template enabled at the most granular level, so if a desk template is enabled this will be applied over a zone template and a zone template will always be applied over the location policy if enabled.

In this article, you will learn how to configure slot for the following:

Enable booking slots with a policy

You can set slot booking for an entire location by updating the policy. This will set all desks to the same configuration providing you haven't enabled an individual zone or desk slot template.

Location Slots

1. Head to your Organisation Settings tab and select the location you wish to edit.

2. Navigate to the Policies section.

3. Set your desk booking slot type ( Single slot, AM/PM or Customer) and enter the required times.

4. Hit Save.

Set booking slots for a zone

Tip: Enabling a slot template on a zone will override the location policy configuration. If at any point you would like to revert to the location policy, simply disable the "Enable slot template" toggle. For more information see here.

1. Head to your Organisation Settings tab and select the location you wish to edit.

2. Navigate to the Zones section and click Edit on the zone you want to enable the booking slot template for.

3. Enable the toggle and set slot type you would like to use and times required.

4. Hit Save

Notes: When a zone slot template is set with NO (missing) check-in time, the start time of the booking is used for the issuance of reminders and intelligent cancellation notifications.

Set booking slots for an individual desk

Tip: Enabling a slot template on a desk will override the location policy & zone configuration. If at any point you would like to revert to a zone or location policy, simply disable the "Enable slot template" toggle on the desk. For more information see here.

1. Go to the organisation admin and choose the location you wish to edit.

2. Click the Spaces tab from the left-hand navigation bar.

3. Find the Desk you wish to enable a booking slot template for. Once you have the correct desk click Edit.

4. Select the Booking Slots tab from the left navigation bar.

5. Enable the toggle and set the slot type you would like to use and the times required.

6. Hit Save.
